Iconic Fire Warranty Terms and Conditions

All Iconic electric fire products are subject to the terms of the warranty policy and guaranteed against defective build quality, faulty components or the fabric of the appliance.
The warranty is valid for 24 months and commences from the date you purchase your Iconic fire. You need to retain the receipt / invoice for proof of purchase.
The warranty form must be filled in online within one month of purchase.
All warranties will be null and void if unauthorised repairs / modifications are made to the electric fire / accidently damage caused by transit / improper installation / serial numbers missing or modified.
We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with this electric fire.
Service calls and installation errors are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
A call out charge will apply.
This warranty is an addition and does not affect your statutory rights of consumers.
